1. Final Sale Policy


I. There are no refunds, exchanges, cancelations, size swaps, or changes permitted to be made to any order unless we deem the situation necessary.


II. You agree not to dispute/chargeback any transactions made with us. If a dispute occurs, we will fight it and charge you a 30% restocking fee. Additionally, your shipment will be delayed.


III. Only Backdoors has the right to cancel your order if we find any reason to, as well as refuse service to any customer for any reason.

 


2. Product Conditions


I. All products are 100% authentic and brand new with the original box.


II. We do not have control over manufacturer defects, removed tags, or any box/item damage to a product before it arrives to us until final delivery to the customer. We handle all products with care when shipping to our customers.


III. Some products may have a placeholder/mockup image in place of the actual style of the shoe if there are no official images released yet. Some colorways may also completely change but follow the same product SKU.

 

IV. Customers agree that the size(s) they may have ordered may be unavailable due to the extremely limited nature of the products we sell. Sizes are subject to change depending on availability. Changes in sizes may not be used as a reason to request order cancelation or credit back as discounts.

 


3. Payments & Order Process


I. Payments for backdoors are due on the day you place your order with us.


II. We have a 99% guarantee that you will receive your pair, however there are rare cases where retailers, distributors, or vendors may be unable to deliver a product. In this scenario, you would receive a full refund.


III. All backdoor prices are priced per pair, there are no additional fees other than shipping and taxes. In some cases, we may need to contact you if additional shipping fees are required to fulfill your order.


IV. Once you place your order, you may not cancel or modify it. Regardless of any delays, complications with shipments, or issues with your order, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Only we can determine the appropriate refund time in accordance to our suppliers if refunds are necessary. All sales are 100% final.

 


4. Shipping


I. Backdoors ship 10 weeks or more after the official release of the item. In rare cases, some products may be shipped earlier or much later than this time frame. If you do not feel comfortable with the timeline, we kindly request you not to order from us.


II. If a release is delayed by a brand, your order status will not be changed and can only be canceled under our discretion. You may not request a refund, only us and our suppliers can determine an appropriate refund date for these situations.


III. If a release is officially canceled by a brand, we will offer refunds when the time is appropriate and all matters have been handled with our vendors. Pairs only ship once all retailers & regions have officially released the pair.
